How do I check the status of my order?

  • You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email
  • You can click on the Order Status button at the top of the website for order details and shipping information

Can I make a return or an exchange?

  • Worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. No custom ordered apparel or close-out items can be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight both ways on a return or exchange.
  • ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS

When will I receive my order?

  • Student Uniform orders will be filled as soon as possible but there is no guarantee of delivery date and may take 3-5 weeks to complete.
  • Regular college apparel and accessories will ship within 24 hours as long as inventory is available. If inventory were to not be available, customer service will contact you.
